Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

A well equipped cozy studio only 20 minutes from the Hamptons and 10 minutes away from LIRR train station to go into NYC (free parking at the train station!) This studio has a small kitchenette to warm up meals, a full size fridge, we include some snacks for those late night cravings. A queen size bed, a separate desk and chair to study or work, a couch, smart TV, and a peaceful environment to relax and unwind.

The Sunshine House

Enjoy your stay and visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, SUSA Orlin & Cohen Sports Complex, Robert Moses Beach; centrally located between The Hamptons Vineyard Wine Tours & Manhattan. This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house. Would also make for a lovely place to call home while you are selling or renovating your own home. Couples, two good friends, singles, or a family with an older child will enjoy the configuration. It will also make for a lovely getaway for a couple with a newborn.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
