You'll have your own private entry/parking, & no need to worry about sharing space with us. You'll have a new queen sized helix bed, & if you brought friends-they can have the queen sized sofa bed. A kitchenette with retro fridge, microwave & basic utensils should suffice in heating up your yummy Nashville leftovers or take out!

We invite you to stay in our downstairs 1 bedroom apartment which was completely renovated in 2024. The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 6-year old daughter and dog. We're live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.

This is a prime vacation spot for a fun weekend or a long stay! Two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twins) full bathroom, kitchen, dining table and living room. The living room has a pull out bed (full) and there are linens provided. There is an outdoor pool, a bouqony over looking the Cumberland River and FREE PARKING! We are exactly one mile from the glory of downtown Nashville! And some of Germantown’s best bars and restaurants are right outside your door!

1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located within walking distance to Broadway/Honky Tonks, Germantown, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds, walking and biking paths. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities, full kitchen and offers a fantastic view of the river! We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. The Riverside Pool is open May through October. Please note there might be construction noise coming from across the street.
