Calling all explorers, dreamers and creatives! Come for a quick retreat or stay to write that book. The lookout was built by owner Rob himself over ten years. There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Discover Simons Town's rich history with the Naval Museum and Arts and Crafts stores. Don't miss the famous penguins at Boulders Beach. Staying in then the nearby Harbour Bay Mall offers dine-in or take-away options.

Swiss Bayview Cottage

Bayview Cottage located on the Fish Hoek mountainside, provides sweeping views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. Easy access to Fish Hoek beach, with a 10 minute walk. Cottage is equipped with solar. Secure parking is available. The property has security beams. The entrance is via a remote operated swing gate. No steps at all. Parking spot is 2m away from cottage entrance. Only LTE is available on the mountain,no fibre unfortunately, so not conducive for work from home requirements.

Plumbago Cottage

A beautiful , separate entrance flatlet with magnificent views of the ocean over False Bay. Spacious, light and stylish , with quirky touches to make you feel at home. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

Bay View - Self Catering Apartment

Bay View apartment offers quality accommodation high up on the Fish Hoek Mountain providing spectacular views of False Bay, the Atlantic Ocean in the west and surrounding mountains. Guests enjoy two spacious bedrooms, an open plan lounge, dining/working area, a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, private patio and communal pool all with spectacular views, a modern bathroom (shower no bath), WiFi and premium DSTV. Not ideal for small children as close supervision is required.

Family friendly beach, safe swimming and great for water sports. Secure off street parking behind remote controlled gates. Alarm linked to armed response and a panic button. There are steps from the parking to the house. Unfortunately this property is not safe for small children due to the high balcony.

There is secure off-street parking for one car and a braai area with a view.
