This apartment is set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood - meters away from the vibrant Smith St and Brunswick St. This neighbourhood is filled with hidden cafes, restaurants, bars and quirky shops. The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. I will check you in personally - 24/7 late in to the night/after midnight - AT NO EXTRA COST. You will just have to inform me and I will be there to check you in. Sometimes, an early check-in before 3pm is available too as long as the cleaners have finished and the apartment is ready.

Our studio is good for couples, solo and business travellers. Entry to our studio is via our garage located on a quiet, well-lit laneway; we offer a visitors parking permit.

The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
