Main Railway Station. 400m to the right is Lygon St Brunswick, renowned for the great cafes, restaurants of diverse cuisine, we have counted 21 on a stretch of less than 300m, the exclusive Woodstock Pizzicheria, 400 Gradi the true Napoli Pizza (awarded 2014 World Champion), Quarry Pub, or across the street is our favourite L'Amour & Gelobar (Gelateria, Pasticceria, Café Bakery, Tavola Calda all in one), walk or catch a tram to the City Centre via the cosmopolitan Lygon street Carlton, known as “La piccola Italia” (Little Italy) an area that burst with charm and character, enter Swanston St and you are at the centre of the Great City of Melb, turn left onto Little Burke and you are at China Town, or right to Melb Central, Myer and David Jones. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Private access from a well lit bluestone lane, in the heart of Fitzroy, there are 2 good sized bedrooms (and a queen sofa bed on request) Quality linen and towels, with basic necessities supplied (organic/ sustainable/ local where possible). Brand new Borch dishwasher, oven, cooktop and range hood.

Rustic backyard cottage in East Brunswick

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.
