Welcome to BEACH BLESSING. No 5% tourist tax, we pay it for you. A downstairs Apt in our home, across the street from a private beach. Nestled between the ocean and intercoastal . Walkover to private beach is through the backyard path outside the fence that leads to the sidewalk to A1A, two houses over before White House trimmed in blue across the street marked Painters Walk. 2nd walkover is across from the main entrance. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!
