Our condo is perfect, enjoying the wonders of Playa Flamingo. The complex has 2 ocean-view pools and is within walking distance of all amenities in the area. We have free parking and a workout room. If you need to spend time working online, the WiFi speed is 150 Mbps. The condo is a 5-minute walk to the world-class Marina Flamingo. The Marina hosts boats from all over the world, has numerous shops, and amazing restaurants. Walking distance to CPI language school. We have golf carts to rent.

The suite has its own kitchenette, bathroom and private terrace with breathtaking ocean and mountain views. You will relax in its private swimming pool (2mx1.3m). Ideally located, you are close to all amenities and many activities. Liberia airport is at around 40 kilometres.

Casa Gungun is located at Villa Isabela, a 15.000 square meter ocean view property facing the pacific ocean at Playa Negra, Guanacaste. This 1 bedroom house has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub with a view. You can find everything you need to prepare a nice meal at our kitchen- living area, and after a surf session, hiking or mtb ride, you can chill at our jacuzzi appreciating the panoramic view. The house has a nice sofa with a 50"tv for a movie night. House for 2 people.
