A 15 mn de Caen, portes de la Suisse-Normande, zone classée naturelle, vue panoramique, joli cottage normand classé 3 étoiles, refait à neuf (avec clim). Sauna et Bain Nordique extérieurs (365 jours/an). Exposé Sud Ouest, couchers de soleil inoubliables. Vue sur mon champ en face avec mes chèvres. Promenades au départ à pieds ; GR36 (devant la maison), trails de VTT, Voie verte, canoë kayak. A coté d'une forêt magnifique avec chemins bucoliques, hameau abandonné, peu fréquentée. Unique et Rare.

Gîte typique de Normandie en forêt

Vieille maison en pierre authentique, en lisière de la forêt,pour randonnées pédestres ,VTT. Gîte paisible et calme , pour 6 pers avec grande cheminée dans la salle à manger (bois à disposition) , pouvant aussi servir de barbecue. Pour toute réservation de 3 jours ou plus , le linge de lit et de toilette est compris et les lits sont faits .Gîte à égale distance (moins d'une heure de route) du Mont Saint Michel et des plages du débarquement. Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés sauf les chats.

Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. Ce logement est idéal pour les randonneurs à pieds, à vélo, à cheval car il est est à proximité du GR 36 et de la Vélofrancette. Il convient aussi à tous les amoureux de la nature et toute personne en recherche de déconnexion (pas adapté pour le télétravail, connexion aléatoire voire inexistante).

Ancienne Baronnie, cette maison récemment rénovée n'attend plus que vous. Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Emplacement stratégique à mi-distance du Mont St Michel et des plages du débarquement, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller lors de votre séjour.

The 17th Century Manor House

Set in the picturesque village of Villechien within easy reach of the market towns of Mortain and Saint Hilaire Du Harcouet. This charming Manoir was built in 1743 and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The charming accommodation is available for bookings up to 4 people. A breakfast basket can be ordered and dropped in for the morning at an additional cost. Please let us know before arrival if you would like details.
