The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

Nestled in the heart of Lambton Village, our 3-story bungalow offers an ideal location for a memorable stay. Immerse yourself in the locale charm, surrounded by a diverse food scene, historic parks, and plenty of activities on your door step. Walking distance from the property are tennis courts, swimming pools and children's playground. For the adults there is Lizotte's for entertainment, two landmark pubs, beauty spa, nail bar, hair dresses, coffee and boutique shopping.

Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful dog Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You will see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property.
