The home is equipped with canoes & kayaks to launch from the backyard, and bikes to enjoy the 40+ miles of paved and mountain bike trails. Come home to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the river view, hang out and fish from the river bank, lie out back in a couple hammocks, or fire up the grill. This home is a great vacation getaway for couples, families, & friends!

Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes. Bring your boat! We have a community boat ramp one street over. Only minutes to downtown Inverness! Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.
