Mid-City Modern is a newly renovated Mid-Century home, Aug 19', that has been brought beautifully into the modern era. Conveniently located in the heart of Florence and allows easy access to everything our city has to offer. Located in a quiet established neighborhood with an open lot and a small creek directly across the street.

Cowboy Cottage

The Cowboy Cottage is the perfect getaway for couples that enjoy nature and the countryside. A gated entrance will lead you to a quiet, peaceful, and private place to enjoy. This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

Historic Downtown Cypress- 3 bedroom, 2 bath

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our historic home was built in 1901 and has been completely remodeled with modern conveniences, fully stocked kitchen with fireplace and beautiful walk in shower. It boasts many of its original features including 12 ft. ceilings, and claw foot tub. Kick back and relax in the hot tub on the spacious, private deck. Enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, live music, UNA events and ballgames just 2 blocks away.
