You also have safe & friendly neighborhood, convenient public transportation and free street parking. Quiet, well lighted bedroom on second floor of house. House is on a quiet street. Free street parking. Queen size bed. Bathroom shared with other guests on the floor. Public transportation (LIRR and Bus stop). Take LIRR train for a 40 minute ride to Manhattan, or take bus/subway for a 90 minute trip to Manhattan. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes bus ride to Roosevelt Field Mall. No kitchen is available. There is a microwave and Keurig coffee maker on the hallway.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base, including shopping, dining, parks and theaters. Private entrance with stairs leading to a cozy bedroom on the second floor with windows for natural sunlight. A Twin size bed, desk, mini-fridge and closet are provided. New window air conditioner recently installed. There is a shared bathroom and a hallway providing full use of a microwave and Keurig machine. There is no kitchen. THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM

-Perfect, immaculate, bright home in The Village of Floral Park, close to parks, restaurants, fluffy bagels and convenient transportation that's 10 minutes walk from the house. - Currently I am only accepting 1 guest for the space. -there is one flight of stairs to the room. - parking is available for compact size vehicle, which requires close coordination with other members in the house. - There is NO KITCHEN access. - Please stick to your space and respect others privacy.

Enjoy the clean and quite private apartment in the Tranquil House. The apartment has two bedrooms; a king and a full sized bed, and is located in the basement The bathroom, kitchen and dining room would be for your private use. My family and I live on the floor above if you need help at any time. Located 15 min walk from Mineola Train Station. And 10 min walk from plenty of restaurants, pharmacy. There is a lot of street parking and my drive way is at your disposal
