Cute little home in the heart of Louisville. 1 mile from Churchill Downs and 10 mins from downtown & parts of the bourbon trail. Plant enthusiast and garden lover enjoying my slice of paradise. I work part time at a fitness studio teaching aerial yoga and barre. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 15 years and offer massages in my spare room upstairs during your stay as well. I am an avid Airbnb renter for 7 years now & I am excited to be able to share my space with guests!

The Duncan Suite at the Columbine Bed & Breakfast

We do check-ins by appointment only. Reservations that do not provide a check-in time will not be accepted. Enjoy over 600 sq. feet of lovely living space while staying in The Duncan Suite. The spacious suite has a beautiful Century king-sized bed, a comfortable sitting area/TV room, and a fully furnished living room with a microwave, mini fridge, and daybed. It is especially accommodating for families with young kids as there is a pack n play, 2 high chairs and toys can be provided for those who request it. Amenities include beautiful deck, kitchen, linens and towels, ample parking, access to a washer and dryer. Also the upstairs bathroom has an original beautiful claw foot tub.

Quiet One Bedroom near Louisville KY.

Our place 25 minutes from Louisville, KY is in a small neighborhood in the Indiana countryside. It is quiet and serene, though we are an easy 10 minutes from I-64. We are 27 minutes from the Highland Festival Grounds and 24 minutes from the Ky International Convention Center and the downtown area. It takes 25-30 minutes to the airport. We access Louisville most easily via I-64 - no tolls. Our home was built in 1928 but updated, so charming and comfortable.
