這間 2 臥 1 衛的公寓曾經是佛洛伊德農民銀行總裁的住所，位於大樓的一樓（保險庫和保險箱仍然完好無損）。2023 年，這棟建築經過精心修復，重現昔日的輝煌。原始的120年木框架和木地板都被保留下來，而電氣、管道、暖通空調和石膏板都被更換了。結果是一間令人驚嘆的公寓，保留了18世紀的魅力，同時也提供所有現代化的便利設施。
