From here you'll be in Grand Central in 30 min on express train. -QM2 Express bus to the city in a 1/2hr depending time of day and where you're going

Newly renovated private suite located in the basement with private entrance and bathroom. King size bed can accommodate 2 people. Smart light fixtures and Electric sofa recliner for extra comfort. Light refreshment area with microwave, fridge, mini toaster, electric kettle and Keurig. Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. No Pets Allowed!

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

Amazing Lower-level unit, sleeps up to 4 ppl. comfortably with 1 bathroom to stay in, close to Belmont Park, UBS ARENA, and JFK airport WIFI, Netflix, microwave, coffeemaker, desk, dining space, refrigerator, one queen bed, sofa bed, twin bed, and laundry space Private Entrance, Free parking for one car in the driveway, under reservation (Can't park in the street after 2 am). Security cameras on the property. I will be your host during your stay, and you will have plenty of privacy.

Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.
