Situated in a quiet coastal village with a local hairdresser and groceries shop. Great location on the Speyside Way for walks, or visiting a local distillery. Short distance from Buckie/Elgin for much more amenities. Aberdeen/Inverness 60-90 mins away.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This spacious and fully equipped cottage accommodates 2 adults and two children, with a superking bed (option for 2 single beds) and two single sofa beds. It is positioned in a central but quiet residential street, with Elgin Cathedral, the town centre and Cooper Park all within a 5 minute walk. By car, the stunning beaches and coastline of Moray can be easily reached, as can the hills and distilleries of Speyside.

Beautiful Seaview Townhouse

Set in the lovely town of Lossiemouth, this wee house is terrific for a relaxed time out by the sea. With a great and spacious open plan living room/ kitchen and stunning sea views from the main bedroom, our home is the perfect place for some time out, surrounded by fresh sea air and in a very comfortable and relaxed house. Our cleaning rating was affected in 2024 by cleaners who did not care for the property. We found out the job was not getting done, we have resolved this issue 😊

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Within a 2 minute walk of 2 beaches and harbour providing stunning views of the Moray Firth. Furnished enclosed garden to rear with garage available for storage of bikes etc. Inviting entrance leading to cosy lounge with wood burning stove and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with door leading out to patio. Master bedroom with king bed and dressing table, fitted wardrobe. Second bed with double and shelving storage.

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

Set in the grounds of the Innes Estate, near Elgin, this beautiful one-of-a-kind Gatehouse forms the entrance to the North Drive of Innes House. This unique property has 2 bedrooms and provides modern luxury and comfortable living in an ancient setting. It has its own private patio but residents will also have access to the 5000 acre estate that the house sits on. The Gatehouse is the perfect setting for romantic getaways, holidays with friends and family and even elopements!

Flat by the Sea

Cosy self contained flat in quiet village on the beautiful moray coast surrounded by beautiful beaches and woodland. Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub. Fully functional kitchen in flat with oven and microwave no hob slow cooker available. Good sized fridge and also washing machine.

Lesmurdie House

Newly refurbished throughout 2 bedroom flat. Just one mile approximately from the town centre Elgin and just 0.5 miles from Elgin's beautiful historic Cathedral and the world famous Johnston's of Elgin for a spot of luxury shopping! A modern flat to the rear of the property in of one of Elgin's finest houses "Lesmurdie House" converted in 2003. Ideal location for Moray Whisky Trail and all other local attractions.
