Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θεά στην θάλασσα και μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα γραφικά σοκάκια της χώρας! Επίσης, υπάρχει δημοτικό πάρκινγκ ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα μας και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες της χώρας -μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια- σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες και εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, και στάσεις λεωφορείου.

Villa Baya in Ios Island for 2-4 Persons!

Our beautiful Villa Baya is a 70 sqm brand new island house incorporating all modern facilities and accommodating up to 4 persons! It has a suite double bedroom with wonderful views of the sea, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant shower bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. But the most important part of the house is its large terrace with an uninterrupted view of the landscape of Ios, the nearby island Sikinos and the endlessblue of the Aegean Sea!

the House in the Castle

Our house is part of the 16th cent. Castle of Kimolos and was renewed with respect for tradition. It is a bioclimatic building, with 1m thick stone walls and 4m high ceilings, double roof insulation and small openings that let the air circulate. Fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and a work place (desk, office chair, 27" monitor) for those who cannot leave their work. The house is in the middle of the village, just 1 km away from the port and 3 km away from the clean sandy beaches.

Maison typique des Cyclades sur L’ile très prisée de Folegandros. Vue imprenable sur le village qui se trouve à 300 m, sur la célèbre Panaga et sur la mer Egée. Proche de toutes les commodités mais dans un endroit très calme . Elle possède très grande terrasse , protégée s’il le faut du vent , face à la mer , une terrasse arrière avec vue montagne et un « solarium » facilement accessible sur le toit pour profiter pleinement cette vue exceptionnelle .

Discover Ios, the island of Homer! This charming studio is conveniently located in the heart of Chora where you step right out to all the main shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Perfect for those that don’t want many steps to climb to get to their accommodations. Newly added and renovated in 2023 with boutique hotel type finishes. NOTE: since close to lounge and pedestrian path, can be noisy at night. Not for light sleepers.
