Hut in the Vines - all-inclusive!

Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. Renovated cosy 1st floor king-size self-contained Hayloft studio, part of a stable built c1700, with views of beautiful Elham Valley. Private balcony/garden; exclusive use of hot tub. Ensuite shower room/Nespresso/kettle/microwave/full fridge/off-street parking/towels/dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries. Part of family home. Keybox check-in from 3pm. Few mins from The King's Arms (Kent Pub Year 2024) & many local vineyards. Fab dark skies for star gazing! Enjoy being busy doing nothing much!

Seaside themed self contained cabin, hot tub & Bbq

This 2 bed cabin has a 55 inch TV (Netflix, Prime etc.) and a 42 inch Internet TV in the bedroom. It is perfect to relax in. Pubs/restaurants and Sainsbury's all within walking distance. The decked garden separates the cabin from the main house and is for guests to use and has furniture to relax in . There is a 6-person hot tub and a BBQ kitchen. There is a playhouse for children to enjoy. If you have an electric car, we have a charging point guests can use for the price of the electricity.

Plantagenet: A Historic Country Cottage with Pool

A delightful and unique country cottage with historical links to the Plantagenet Kings of England! It's tucked away, surrounded by mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor country estate. Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Highfields lodge

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Lodge is a perfect peaceful retreat full of idilic countryside, wild untouched landscape views with nature surrounding the area. Ideal for a romantic getaway or small family holiday.

The Wren Pod at Little Halden Farm is situated in area of outstanding natural beauty with a fantastic view across the valley towards Tenterden. Our Pod comes with everything you need to make your stay easy and memorable offering the perfect place to relax and getaway, including bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen not to mention a decked area with hot tub, BBQ, outside seating and dining all for your exclusive use.
