We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! Come and enjoy all this area has to offer

PEACE, COMFORT and BEAUTY. You feel peace as you drive up the hill, with a view of Folsom Lake (13 min) and Sacramento (38 min). Yet the happy hubbub of Auburn is only 9 minutes away. Arriving, you enter your peaceful private garden. Inside, true comfort awaits: nourishing sleep, creative cooking, luscious lounging (see amenities). Once settled, relaxing with wine glass in hand, you notice the beauty: the huge oak, hummingbirds, crimson-capped woodpeckers. And then you say, “Aahh, peace.”

A touch of urban in the beautiful setting of the Sierra Foothills, this beautiful one bedroom loft apartment is located on the American River green belt in Historic Folsom. Imagine biking, paddle-boarding or kayaking along the beautiful American River and then grabbing a beer from the amazing selection of micro-breweries offered on Sutter Street. The Johnny Cash Trail, Sutter Street shops and restaurants, the Saturday farmers market, etc. are all a short walk right from the front door.

The surrounding nature provides a stunning and peaceful refuge. You feel as though you're a million miles away. And yet town is only a 5 minute drive, allowing access to anything you might need during your stay. We consider our land a sacred, healing place. Before we built on this property we gave special homage to the Native peoples, and asked for blessings from the spirits to live here. We have discovered grinding rocks, shards of Chinese pottery, and ancient fire pits on the land.

Our ranch is surrounded by 90 acres of beautiful forest with seasonal creeks, making it the perfect place for exploring, relaxing and rejuvenating. Nearby lakes & trails for recreation. Horse trail rides & horse experiences available upon request. Open concept with vaulted ceilings. Cozy fireplace with firewood supplied. New kitchen with a coffee & tea bar. A full gym & yoga studio so you never miss a work out while on vacation. Private deck, seating area, fire pit to relax.

Our space is best for single occupant only as it shares a wall with our home. There is an extra guest fee of $40 per night. Enjoy your own space, bedroom (king bed), bathroom and kitchenette with private entrance and private patio. Please note heat/air is controlled by main house. The Folsom Sanctuary, A Tranquil Retreat

This historic house in a peaceful spot at the road's end is just a short walk from old town Folsom. It is warm and light, with a modern color palette filled with original art and stained glass. *Chef's Kitchen *800 Thread count Cotton Sheets *Walk In Shower Chill on one of the two decks or explore our historic neighborhood and Saturday farmer's market, or bike the nearby path. This hosted rental is the perfect little getaway in the country. It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more. We are minutes from world famous trails, 10 minutes from the river, and an hour from the ski slopes. There is just so much to do right outside of our doors!
