The structure has a magnificent infinity pool with geyser hydromassage area and equipped solarium area, there is also a large barbecue area with a view pool.

Il Borgo Apartments è una struttura moderna, completata nel mese di Giugno 2023, composta da due appartamenti: uno a piano terra denominato "Regina Margherita" e uno a primo piano denominato "Cialoma". La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort, posta a meno di 300 mt dal mare (Spiaggia della Spinazza) e a 500 mt dal centro abitato di Marzamemi, antico Borgo di pescatori. Grazie alla posizione centrale di questo alloggio, l'intero gruppo potrà accedere facilmente a tutte le attrazioni locali.

Le Muse di Apollo è un elegante appartamento al primo piano di uno splendido palazzo in stile liberty del 1800. L’appartamento è composto da tre camere da letto, ognuna dotata di un proprio bagno, e di un ampio soggiorno con cucina. Nei due balconcini si puo' godere un momento di relax. In ogni ambiente la funzionalità del moderno si sposa col fascino del retrò e del prezioso artigianato siciliano tra eleganza, mare e tradizioni. In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

The apartment is located within the Plemmirio natural park, a popular destination for underwater and water sports enthusiasts and being located 100 meters from the sea is also convenient for families, couples and small groups. A beachfront spot right at the end of the street, an equipped beach with a restaurant within walking distance, bars and small markets in the surrounding area make the atmosphere comfortable, relaxing and holiday-maker. “Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea.
