Historical Home - Historical Home in Otranto

Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo spazio in centro. Il Palazzo era sede del Consolato Veneziano sulla Via della Seta. Venezia, per ordine del Consiglio dei Dogi, mandò a Otranto una loro nobile famiglia che diventò il punto referente, a livello burocratico e amministrativo, per tutto il traffico delle navi che da Venezia andavano in Oriente e viceversa. Il Palazzo è stato recentemente oggetto di un restauro conservativo che lo ha riportato fedelmente al suo stato originario.

Casa vacanze‘Della mia felicità’

L’abitazione di nuova ristrutturazione sviluppata su 2 piani di si trova in un piccolo borgo nella provincia di Lecce, a pochi passi si trova la piazza con il centro storico, il castello baronale del XII secolo e il frantoio ipogeo. Nel centro storico si possono degustare i tipici piatti della cucina salentina grazie a diverse ristorazioni rinomate. A circa 300m si trova un supermercato ben fornito, tutto ciò a circa 10 minuti di macchina dalla località marittima di Torre San Giovanni.

Casa nel borgo

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

Un tempo era un antico deposito: oggi, invece, Villa Arja è un'elegante villa con piscina esclusiva immersa nel verde. Si compone di un'ampia zona living con angolo cottura e di quattro camere da letto climatizzate, con bagno privato. Ampi gli spazi relax e un bel giardino con le tipiche piante della macchia mediterranea. La quiete del luogo, la vicinanza ai centri abitati e al mare (meno di 1 km!), la rendono ideale per un soggiorno in Salento, in qualunque periodo dell'anno.
