L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. La casa si trova sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia sotto il monte Pelmo in vetta a 3168m, nelle giornate limpide si vede la laguna di Venezia.

For skiing enthusiasts, it’s hard to find a better spot as the slopes start just outside the chalet! During summer, you can enjoy the stunning nature and the tranquility of the valley. Perfectly situated for walking and cycling, the chalet offers easy access to explore the massive Civetta mountain. With a car, Cortina d’Ampezzo is just a 50-minute drive away.

Biohof Ruances Studio

With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. Guests have access to a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. In addition, the property has a children's playroom with toys and books.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi and cable TV. If requested in advance, a baby bed and a high chair can be provided for free.

Pelmo's Apartment

Nestled between the Pelmo and Civetta Mountain range in the Val Fiorentina, in the village of Pescul sits our dear chalet. For a family holiday or with friends with the possibility to accommodate 6 people. We are located on the second top floor (no lift). Our apartment has the most amazing views of the mountains and Pescul village...you can snuggle in bed in the morning and check if the lift is open before hitting the slopes!!

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and hiking right from the front door. It is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
