The Country Bumpkin is a unique loft nestled in the lower valley of West Chazy. This property is located at the end of a secluded dead-end road and situated on 400 acres. The spacious loft overlooks the numerous gardens which guest can help themselves to in peak garden season. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and visits with the three friendly pet goats. The County Bumpkin integrates the nostalgia of the past while offering modern amenities, and the hope for others to enjoy what our homestead has to offer.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Rockhaven - Island View-sauna

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Take a short hike through a cedar forest down to the shore. The house also serves as an art gallery for local artists.

Hibernation Station

Relax and recharge in our beautiful cabin nestled in the Adirondack Mountains in a small RV park . Studio style space with a private bathroom. A queen size bed and 2 cots are available.
