Violation is a $250 fine by the HOA paid by the guest. 10 minutes from airport. Breed restrictions. $150 fee per dog. Up to 2 dogs. NO CATS! NO LOUD MUSIC!

Our community is quiet, and our neighbors don't enjoy being disturbed.
