This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Separate, Private Guest House in

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you. South Oak Cliff Tiny Guest House

Small studio-size guest house on large, quiet, wooded property. Privacy and kitchenette make this non-smoking hideaway perfect for multi-night stays. Convenient to downtown Dallas and the southern Dallas suburbs. Kitchen has mini-fridge+freezer, coffee maker, microwave. Coffee, tea, cutlery & basic food prep and storage items are provided. Queen bed with memory-foam mattress. Fold-out foam chair for additional sleeping space. Half-bath with shower & toilet.

Home away from home. Relax and enjoy your stay. Great location near I-30, 190, and 635. Shopping and restaurants nearby. The community is across from Captain's Cove Marina. The Bass Shop Pro is close by. There are 3 smart ROKU TVs (1 in each bedroom and in living room), fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer plus 1 covered and 1 uncovered parking space. 2 beds plus 1 air mattress. Dallas sites, Rowlett, and Rockwall are all nearby.

Cozy Studio, Steps to Pool, 15 mins to DT Dallas

Spacious hidden gem just east of DT Dallas. Private entrance to this studio with private bathroom and all the amenities you could need. You’ll have full access to the pool and parking on site. I live onsite but because you have your own private entrance, you won’t see me at all unless you need something. 15 mins to DT Dallas where there is always something going on from concerts and comedy shows to amazing Texas food and activities.

The Overlook at Oak Cliff- Guest House

Private guest suite in Oak Cliff (see note below). Recently designed mid-century modern guest suite, that sits on a hill above tree lined neighborhood, so you have a feeling of being in nature. Note: - It has a private entrance through the garage. - NEW lights installed that make it easy to find at night. (OCT 2025) Weekends: if we are home we offer Free latte or cappuccino in the morning.
