Original features include a huge 18th century stone fireplace and slate floors, alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king size bed (+travel cot on request). The Lodge, Nutwood House

The Lodge is the west wing of Nutwood House, a unique property, once the Factor’s House and part of the Earl of Cromartie estate. Situated in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the Victorian Spa village of Strathpeffer, all amenities within 5 minutes walk. Magnificent views across the Peffery Valley. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.

The WEE Cottage is a traditional stone cottage for two in the centre of our lovely, bustling village of Drumnadrochit. With Restaurants & shops nearby, private off road parking and wifi available and a small enclosed grassed area, this comfortable cottage, made cosy with its wood burning stove (& full central heating) is an ideal base to explore Loch Ness and the wider area. We happily accept a dog here at no extra charge.

2 Hedgefield Cottages

This renovated cottage is an executive quality, two bedroom cottage in an upmarket district of Inverness which is only a 10 minutes walk to the city centre, five minutes from Inverness Castle. The cottage was built in 1880 and Inverness has since grown up around the cottage which once stood on open farmland. Many of the top Inverness restaurants and bars are located near by. All visitors to the Highlands are welcome.
