Mountain View Guest House

A well-maintained guesthouse with the feel of the Old West. Located far enough out of Alpine to give you a rural feel, but just minutes from downtown, the guesthouse is 30 feet from our house. Earth House is a private adobe home located within walking distance from all of the restaurants, boutiques, bars, and galleries in Marfa, TX. This is a lovingly curated space for passionate travelers, lovers of design, desert sun chasers, star gazers, and folks looking for the relaxation of a slow West Texas pace. This 1920s traditional structure has been refurbished, yet still maintains its earthen quality that is familiar to Marfa. Small/Medium dogs ok (max 40 lbs).

Enjoy plenty of space for your family or friends, and don't worry too much about packing because you'll have a washer and dryer during your stay! This place has everything you need while in West Texas.

Across from the historic Marfa Ice Plant, Ice Plant Casita is right off the center of town. Just under 500 square feet, this cozy adobe casita equipped with the necessities you need for a simple stay including, full bed, table and two chairs, seating area, desk, and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bike or walk to Highland Street for shopping, eating, and all the best Marfa sight-seeing!
