Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you and your family. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. This serene little adobe home has been lovingly restored by its architect owners. High-speed wifi, dedicated work space, and the peaceful quiet created by the sound-dampening adobe walls make this a perfect WFH (away from home) base, while central location and a fully equipped kitchen make the space a perfect spot to relax after exploring the town. Guest (studio) casita located on Arabella Mtn. in Limpia Crossing, 9 miles from Fort Davis and 8 miles from McDonald Observatory. Cools mornings, pleasant afternoons. The casita has everything you need to get away from it all. Sleep in or have early coffee and watch the wildlife. One can choose to have dinner in town or cook and have a quiet dinner in the casita. Star gazing is beautiful here in the Davis Mountains.

Lavender Door

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Water Stop, Alta Marfa Winery, Bordo, Filthmart, Whitebox and Convenience West BBQ are a few places that are a very short walk away. Enjoy plenty of space for your family or friends, and don't worry too much about packing because you'll have a washer and dryer during your stay! This place has everything you need while in West Texas.
