Welcome to our little Haven in the heart of W. Knoxville! We invite you to be a guest at our homestead in the city. The house has been recently built. Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

This charming 1940’s bungalow is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Knoxville & GSMNP Across the street from the greenway & a short 10 min drive to downtown, UT & riverfront area. Close to multiple breweries, restaurants & shopping Large deck for grilling & outdoor dining with a private screened-in porch and a tiki hot tub. Located on a private, corner lot 2 bedrooms/1 bath, full kitchen. Our bungalow is not suitable for young children. There is a pet cleaning fee.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Feel like you are tucked away in the heart of Knoxville! Cabin sits on over an acre and the road ends in a quiet culdesac. In the vibrant Bearden Area, 5 miles from UT, 6 miles downtown, 45 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 1 hour from Dollywood. Enjoy the fire-pit, hot tub, king beds and huge screened-in porch before you hit downtown, or never leave and sink into the high quality beds. Family friendly, stocked kitchen and amenities galore. We are so happy you found us!

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

Little River Guesthouse at Wildwood Rd.

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. It has been professionally decorated with handpicked items including some nice vintage and antique finds. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the huge deck overlooking the river. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
