Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. Where you can enjoy the water & Wildlife including River otters, Bald Eagles , Blue Herons, Variety of Ducks , Osprey Falcon, Fishing and much more! Cabin boast large deck with Screen Porch. At ground level is Large covered patio area with grill, hot tub, & easy path to Lakefront access. Cabin features inside an abundance of Ship lap and fine wood work, Master has custom 2 in 1 grotto shower . Upstairs master has commanding views.

This quiet scenic river retreat is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Knoxville. Our less travelled backroads offer routes to UT (7mi), the Old City (5mi) Downtown (6mi). The cottage with its private driveway boasts over 1,000 square feet. The ground floor features: kitchen, dining, sitting area, deluxe bathroom and full sized washer & dryer. The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.
