Originally a commercial space is a great place to relax and enjoy the sights and stars of West Texas. A studio with high ceilings and plenty of room. It is one of 6 apartments located in the heart of town. This space is entered through the courtyard at the back of the building where you can sit and enjoy the weather and stars! Guest pool access and bike rental is available at the Thunderbird Hotel at 10.00 a day per person or 25.00 a week. WIFI:Broadband fiber turbo 100mbs down and upload.

Relax in this cozy, calm, and stylish space. One bedroom with a private entrance and private bath. A 3 minute drive from the town center or a nice 15 minute walk. 1 hour drive to Big Bend National Park, 1 hour to McDonald Observatory, and 30 minutes to Marfa. The ideal capacity for the apartment is 2 adults and one child. The fold out futon-style chair is best suited for a child or small teenager. Quiet neighborhood, dark skies preserve. No cleaning fee! Blackout curtains throughout.

Blue Bird Bungalow

Blue bird bungalow is centrally located (2 minutes from downtown) & is also tucked against the foothill of the Sleeping Lion Mountain. Look out the bedroom window & see the towering rock face with the occasional mule deer & aoudad grazing on the cliff side. Blue bird is a private room that is completely separate from the main hotel and includes a fully stocked kitchen, private restroom & shower. The bungalow has the best view in the house for our world famous dark skies and star gazing.

Suite 90 - Highway Luxury

Suite 90 is an oversized, updated studio in the heart of Sanderson. This suite, (one of two on the property) sets in a completely renovated early 20th century pharmacy. This stay is walking distance to the post office, Amtrak station, as well as hiking trails and shopping. Guests can walk two doors down to Ferguson Motors Coffee shop for coffee, food, beer, wine and events. Suite 90 is the perfect backdrop to your desert retreat or a great base camp for a west Texas adventure!

Rooney Park is also within walking distance which has a small dog park.

This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.

Mancamp style housing. This is a 5 bed, 5 bathroom mobile home with an individual door to each unit. The bed is a queen memory foam mattress. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.
