We are minutes from the DT Lutheran hospital. Blocks away from downtown, library, restaurants, art studios, shopping, bars, ballpark, Grand Wayne center and much more. The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Irish Cottage is located in downtown Ft. Wayne. The unique location was constructed as a carriage house in 1910 and completely remodeled in 2023. You will be within walking distance Parkview Field, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Gardens, Bradley Hotel, Convention Center, Allen County Library, numerous restaurants and bars plus is convenient to the Electric Works, Clyde Theater, Glenbrook & Jefferson Point and all that the Fort has to offer!

We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
