Raine’s House - Fort William

A luxury holiday home with stunning views of the mountains, including the majestic Ben Nevis. We’re an ideal base to explore Fort William “the outdoor capital of the UK” and its surrounding attractions such as: Ben Nevis Glencoe Nevis Range Glenfinnan viaduct Jacobite steam train Skye We’re located just 2kms (5 minute drive) from Fort William town centre, in a desirable area. A perfect spot to miss the busy traffic of the centre but still be very close to it. Free parking at the front door.

"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Ski at Nevis Range or visit the beautiful beaches of Arisaig. Take a day trip to Skye or Oban or hop on our famous Jacobite / Harry Potter steam train.

Perfect for a couple, this is a modern, stylish and homely self contained garden flat with private parking and outside space. With an open plan design, there is a relaxing spacious lounge through to a generous kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, cooking utensils and pots. The separate bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers with access to a spacious en-suite with walk-in shower.

Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

Dearg Mor, Fort William

Situated in Caol, 2.5 miles from Fort William and 4-5 miles from Aonach Mor. Dearg Mor is a modern, self contained, en-suite cabin on the shores of Loch Linnhe situated on the Great Glen Way. There are stunning views of the surrounding mountains and Neptunes staircase is a 10 min walk away and, if you don’t fancy walking, there are HiBike electric bicycles for hire outside the shops close by accessible by app. Please note there are no cooking facilities in the cabin.

Featured as a finalist on BBC Scotland’s Home of the Year 2022, Lorne Cottage is located less than a 2 minute walk away from the main high street in Fort William. Whilst it is totally central, the one bedroom abode is nestled in a quiet street that sits just above the town. This gives our guests the best of both worlds, with lots to do right on the doorstep, and a stylish base to relax in.

Newly refurbished on November 10th 2025. 2 bedroom lodge that can sleep up to four guests. Set in the picturesque town of Fort William. It is in a central location just a five minute walk to town and train station. Nestled at the base of Cow Hill and next to Ben Nevis it is an ideal base. Also has a stream out front and lovely woodland behind.
