We are 5 minutes from Downtown FtW and centrally located in Tarrant County. 20 minutes to get anywhere, including DFW airport, AT&T stadium and TX Rangers

It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. It is full of amenities such as dedicated wifi gateway, access to streaming services, Leesa mattress, premium coffee, and much more! Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay!

Garage Apartment Guesthouse located in Historic Fairmount, Fort Worth! The garage is separate from the main house and guest have a private entry with plenty of street parking just outside the apartment. There is a kitchen with a fridge stove, sink, and microwave, and bathroom with all the essentials. The TV is connected to our network and accesses the Internet via RoKu. Located less than a mile South of Magnolia Avenue, convenient to TCU, Downtown, and all other surrounding areas.

4th Street Retreat

Private cozy detached upstairs apartment 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC and the Museums. 0.7 miles / 16 minute walk to restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Also close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards and Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 1 vehicle maximum. Has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in living room. The door is also keyless entry/code pad.
