Set on a corner block and a Cul-De-Sac, we have beautiful tall trees, walking & dog trails as our outlook. Toowong Village’s shops, restaurants & cafes are all a convenient 10+ minute stroll. The University of Queensland (UQ) campus at St Lucia is 8 minutes by car. Public Transport is excellent. It is home away from home to suit a family or business leader. Our home has excellent 5G!!

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
