Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

The guesthouse is fully equipped with: 1 double bed or 2 beds، Sofa Lots of shops and restaurant near by Air conditioner Free wifi/ TV… You will be offered free coffee, tea and water. Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
