Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Enjoy a separate entrance to your private studio through the shared garage. You'll stay in a great location, situated between the old historic mill town of Pt. Gamble and the City of Poulsbo, known as "Little Norway." Both towns are on Puget Sound with cute shops. Many people also come to enjoy the Mts. Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Escape to the cozy cottage in the forest of big trees. Ecologically built, a healthy environment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large picture windows make you feel like you are part of the forest. Enjoy visiting the Norwegian town of Poulsbo, yet Seattle is not far away. There are also many hiking and mounting-biking trails, parks and beaches nearby, and the Olympic National Forest is just a javelin-throw away. Experience the magic of the big trees!

A Tiny House in the Forest

Explore the Olympic Peninsula while staying in our bijoux tiny house nestled in the lush rain forest at Millie's Gulch. Sip your coffee (or wine!) listening to chattering birds and frogs. Grill a steak on the BBQ, light a fire in the pit and watch the stars peak out from behind the forest canopy. Read, relax, drive around to the local port towns or just do nothing - that's how we planned it. Small pets welcome - but please check with us before booking.

A sanctuary in the woods

Welcome to The Studio, a tiny house nestled in the woods of beautiful Whidbey Island. Featuring custom woodwork and trim milled from trees from the site, the art-filled cabin includes a double bed in the loft (accessed via a somewhat challenging spiral staircase), a well-equipped kitchenette and Wi-Fi with high-speed internet access. Situated on five acres of woodland seven minutes from scenic Langley, it's a lovingly built sanctuary ready for you!
