Welcome. Need a place for a night or two or week or more? This may be right for you. Your space is about 2/3 of the house. Separate entrance leads to a private bedroom and bath, living and dining rooms, and a shared kitchen. See photo #17. I welcome people from the LGBQT community as well as people from other cultures. You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Durng Ironman, July 17th reservation for 3 days only. Cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. please don't not to leave food out.

We are close to Downtown, Bush Park, Salem Hospital, Willamette University, and Convention Center. We are also a great home base for exploring wineries and other communities. Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety.

Visit our many hikes and trails or float our rivers and lakes - and on and on!

The Garage

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
