The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated stay. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We also share our passive cooling technique during the warmer months with our guests.

Welcome to The Indian Lake House, a 3-floor luxury lakefront home on Indian Lake, centrally located in the Adirondacks. Enjoy the perfect nature getaway with all the comforts of home. High-speed FIOS internet, whole-home standby generator, central air-conditioning, 7-person outdoor hot tub, Sauna, private dock, Tesla wall charger and more. The home sits on a hill 60 feet above lake level providing stunning views year-round. A short walk down the private gravel path brings you to the water.

Camp Reminiscing-Picturesque Adirondack Lake House

Camp Reminiscing is located on beautiful Brantingham Lake (45 mins N of Rome NY, 10 mins south of Lowville NY in the Adirondack foothills). Ideal for relaxing and/or entertaining. Great room, fireplace, porch, & 6 bedrooms. 100' of waterfront, sandy wading area, multiple docks, boat house, numerous "water toys", spacious fire pit and 8 bicycles. Minutes from year round trails, skiing and golf. Enjoy NY's snowmobiling mecca in the winter. Available year round. Limited summer availability.

Blissful Bear on South Shore Road

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This brand new camp is the perfect getaway for you and your family. The secluded camp is surrounded by trees allowing for a peaceful respite from daily life. We're 1.5 miles from downtown Inlet which offers plenty of shops, restaurants and other activities. There are also several hiking trails surrounding our camp that allow for plenty of outdoor time for everyone. Also available is a private firepit to enjoy with friends and family.

First Lake Escape – Beachfront & Dock Access

Escape the daily grind to find euphoria in Old Forge at First Lake, the forerunner of the Fulton Chain. This peaceful Adirondack paradise consists of an entire house w/ 4BR, 5 beds, 3 baths, and sleeps 9 guests. A short walk down a wooded trail and you’ve arrived—a tranquil shoreline wherein lies your serene beach & dock, shared w/ only 10 others. 5 min drive to quaint yet bustling downtown. Launch your boat at public launch. Great getaway for families/friends or couples’ groups!

Escape to the "Wildlife Refuge"

Your family with be close to everything while staying at our "wildlife refuge". We are within walking distance to the town of Inlet bustling with activity during the summer months. From free concerts at the park to plenty of dining & shopping options, you won't have to wander far. Wildlife Refuge is located right next door to the Inlet Common School & adjacent to the 6th lake carry for you to drop in a canoe or kayak. Plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Deer Trax

Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat located at 116 Railroad Ave Old Forge . It is newly built, and is nestled a little into the woods. I’m sure you will see wild life during your stay. Deer Trax is walking distance to town. It is only minutes away from Enchanted Forest and all what Old Forge has to offer. This would be the perfect place to stay for snowmobiling. It is right on the trail, and with space to park your trailer.

Mountain House

We have the fix for your cabin fever! Our 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath house is right in the heart of Old Forge. Walk to shopping, dining, hiking, and boating. Water Safari and Enchanted Forest too! Plenty of room to spread out in the single family home. Very clean and recently updated throughout. Large yard and bonfire area. Recent addition of garage and owners quarters above garage. Owners not on property May-Oct 7th.

The Boathouse on Fourth Lake

This historic boathouse is a rare find, situated directly in the waters of the popular Fourth Lake in Old Forge.
