Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Hytten er tegnet av prisbelønte Streken Arkitektkontor og innredet med norsk design, kvalitetsmøbler og naturmaterialer som skaper en lun og eksklusiv atmosfære. Hytten står på søyler i terrenget og gir følelsen av å sveve over landskapet, med panoramautsikt mot havet. Hytten har ett soverom, sovehems og dobbel sovesofa, og er fullt utstyrt. Perfekt for to, men med plass til opptil 6 gjester.

This seaside property is one of the few homes directly by the water in this region. It offers a perfect setting for relaxation, taking in the stunning views from the house or the sauna. It also serves as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. A Whycation is about traveling with a clear purpose or “why”. You'll get whats in it here. You'll also get a unique private access to the fjord for swimming or fishing directly form the property.

Stille, fredelig, med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, mindre enn 10 m fra vannkanten. 70m2 pluss stort rom på bryggenivå. Unik utforming, store vindusflater, og rom på flere nivåer. Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

Det er kort vei til Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde og Ålesund. Fantastiske turmuligheter og naturopplevelser finnes i nærområdet. Privat strand hører med. Rorbuen har hems I tillegg til de to soverommene. Hemsen har to madrasser på 120cm x 200cm. Der finnes fryser. Det er varmepumpe til oppvarming og til avkjøling.

Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Smartliner 21 med 100 hk. Varmeapparat, fiskeutstyr. sjødyktig fiskebåt. Leie pr dag 1850,-

Amundøy Rorbu is located in the most beautiful costal area around Kristiansund. Cozy apartment in a charming old, restored warehouse / boathouse right on the sea shore, 20km from Kristiansund. (25 min drive) Our guests will have a large, ca. 60 square meters apartment, with a balcony and partial seaview, at their disposal. Spacious both inside and outside. Scenic and quiet area. At mid Summer the sun sets around 23H in this area!

The toilets and showers are located in the common sanitary building, +/-150m from de cabin.
