Watch the incredible starry sky and feel comfortable in the cozy Mainhaus. Good beds, heating, a sauna, the open woodstove in the Sunroom make it comfortable.

Experience the unique outdoor rainfall shower, explore the lake with provided kayaks, hike a private trail to a water cascade & finish the day unwinding under the stars while having a lakeside bonfire! The Queensport Beach House sleeps 4-6. Ideally located beside the Queensport Public Wharf, about 20 minutes past Guysborough. Enjoy stunning lighthouse views from beach, deck, galley or loft. Come and experience the absolute tranquility and unforgettable sunsets. See the wild aerial shows by all our sea birds. Enjoy breakfast watching the seals, go fishing, boating, biking, hiking and explore our Lost shores. Main level master with queen bed. Note this property is closed November to April.

Less than 30 mins to Sydney, 17 mins to the Wildlife Park, and 45 mins to the Fortress of Louisbourg. And with a short walk from the cottage you will be greeted with the breathtaking view of the Mira River. We welcome you all year round where you can enjoy the 4 seasons of Cape Breton. A boulder-studded wall rises up towards a stone walkway, which is fitted with an integrated fire pit. The outdoor hot tub & seasonal outdoor shower are located next to the cottage deck.

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Explorer's Cottage provides a country experience on 150 wooded acres, with a private beach, a botanical park-like forest, bird watching, an orchard, a Japanese meditation garden, library, paved pathways, and a hiking path, all with a refined interior. Included: WiFi, coffee beans and tea, charcoal and propane bbqs, firewood, tv, fishing gear, + canoe. 4.5 star rating by Canada Select. Leaving the cottage empty for three days in between bookings for guest health and safety.

Now with Outdoor Private Hot Tub!! This tranquil four season cottage is located Big Pond, Cape Breton. Simple but extremely comfortable our second home has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing getaway! Fully equipped kitchen with open-concept, cozy living room. Two double bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second level. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap on the master bedroom balcony. A sunroom on the main floor completes this welcoming cottage.
