Also has 2 twin Arcade with 60 games! large kitchen that opens up to the living room and dining area. It includes a large master bathroom with jetted tub and shower. The downstairs bathroom includes a walk in shower. It also has a large back yard and a two car garage. Must be able to climb stairs.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
