The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Pelican Perch - Lot 1

Our waterfront cottages are just a short drive to some of the area's favorite restaurants, breweries & 7 minutes from Saint George Island. Throw a line from the dock, head out on your boat or hit the water in your kayak. They can accommodate up to 6 guest & feature a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds, pull-out-coach, flat screen TV's & a back porch overlooking the bay. We are also located next door to a public boat ramp with parking, Sfd retail market & bait-tackle-shop.

Paradise awaits you in this rustic getaway. Island Time a located on Timber Island in a gated community on Carrabelle River. Mile to town & Carrabelle Beach. PCB 1.5 hour, St George Island, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas & Mexico Beach as you make your way. All you need on the Forgotten Coast. Carrabelle is known for the best fishing. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking from private boat dock or upper deck. Perfect for lil getaway for 2 or 4. Queen air mattress available upon request.

Corner townhouse in the High Cotton Marketplace. Watch shrimp boats pass from the spacious balcony. Walkable to your favorite restaurants, shops & bars. Close to wedding venues. Sony OLED tv's, Stearns & Foster king beds + king sleeper sofa & a fully appointed kitchen. Free bikes, beach towels, umbrellas & chairs. Near a live music venue, so consider before booking. Max occupancy is 6 + infant. No pets. This property uses a reverse osmosis filtration system & provides bottled water & coffee.

Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.
