Beautiful, comfortable home on the Green River!

Beautiful, comfortable home nestled directly on the Green River in Greenfield. The home is 115 years old with beautiful original details (slate roof, floors, window frames), updated to match modern life! I went to school in the Pioneer Valley and fell in love with the area. I purchased this home in the summer of 2020 and am back-and-forth between Greenfield and NYC. You'll love staying at my place because it's clean, comfortable, well-designed, thoughtfully curated and peaceful.

It's a 12'x16' cabin, with a comfortable queen size bed, electricity, mini refrigerator and electric kettle. Water is provided. Equipped with a clean outhouse and an outdoor hot shower on side of main house. ( May use indoor shower in main house in cooler months) Excellent spot for star gazing.

(NEW HEATING SYSTEM & EXTERIOR SIDING) Relax at this peaceful 2 bedroom camp right on Windsor Pond. Camp has views of the beautiful pond where you can fish, swim, kayak/canoe in. The camp also comes with access to the private beach across the street. Located on the Berkshire and Hampshire county line you are 30 minutes or less away from places including Berkshire East, Zoar, Mt Greylock, Mass MoCA, and plenty of local ponds & state forests.
