Just a few minutes walk to the Shipyard Brew Haus. It is directly next to the Snubber Trail and Lift mid-station. A nearby trail system links to the Nordic Center for skiing, biking, and snowshoeing. Very comfy King size bed, twin bed, pull out couch, full size refrigerator and a 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu... Ideal location!!

Pool is closed for the summer. It opens back up on 12/19/26. Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
