Built in 1872 as a boarding house for students and their guests, our hope is to provide a comfortable, authentic home stay in the heart of the University of the South (locally known as the College). We love dogs, but no pets please. • Susan is a graduate of the University of the South and is currently a realtor in Sewanee. • Greg worked in government, college bookstores, teaching , dorm parent, & coaching at an independent school.

Our lakeside retreat was designed for groups looking for privacy and easy lake access. You'll love our newly renovated, trendy home that comes with tons of space for your group (11 total beds!). Also included is a family-friendly movie room, full gym and a complimentary 6-person golf cart to make lake/marina trips more efficient for larger groups. Our retreat sits on approximately 1 acre with plenty of space in the front and back to maximize privacy during your time away at the Tim's Ford Lake!
