Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

This apartment is attached to my home, but has a separate entrance. One queen bed. Kitchen area does not have a regular stove/oven but does have a counter top toaster/broiler/convection oven, brand new 2 burner stove top, electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator. Also, just added a TV to the apartment. Open area with couch and chair. Island top with 2 chairs. Private bathroom and access to washer & dryer. Guests can expect privacy while enjoying the deck and using the grill and/or hot tub.

Hammock View is a two stories house with two totally independent apartments, the rental unit is the one downstairs and the owner lives in the upper unit. It’s located with a Smoky Mountains stunning view. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. Spacious with a cozy living room, dinning room, one bedroom with king size bed, and a relaxing sunroom. Sofa bed. One full bathroom. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and gas fireplace, fire-pit, laundry and a full kitchen set up. Pets must be approved before booking.

If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.
