Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. We have a thoughtfully furnished space, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a laid-back living area and a modern kitchen, ensuring a pleasant stay for travellers. Explore shopping centres and entertainment options, with all the essentials within walking distance and the beautiful beach only a few minute's drive away. Our property is near Chisholm TAFE, Monash University, and the Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Seaford Sands is our newly styled 3 bedroom, two-storey townhouse is ideal for the perfect family getaway for those that want to relax and unwind.\n\nThis elegant and tastefully appointed townhouse was inspired by the beautiful beach houses in The Hamptons, New York, and has an abundance of natural light to offer modern and welcoming coastal living.

1950s architect designed property. Restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs, wine bars located within walking distance. Less than 900 metres (10 min walk) to the beach. With a large open plan living area, four large bedrooms, with a super king in the main bedroom, queen and two single trundles. Ensuite to the main, and large central bathroom with claw foot bath. Multiple outdoor living spaces with an electric shade sail over the outside lounge area.
