Close to public transport, 25 minute stroll to the beach(5 by car), 10 minutes to shopping, own private garden, recently renovated. Nearly 100 walking tracks, trails & short walks mean you’re totally spoilt for choice. Lots of easy coastal walks include beaches, piers, arts trails, historic sites & villages for a lazy coffee. Go inland , shady bush walks, bird-filled wetlands & lots more.

A relaxed environment amongst natural surroundings typical of the Southern Mornington Peninsula. 5-mins drive from the Hot Springs. Wild back beaches and calm bay beaches in easy reach. You will need a car to best enjoy the area. BYO wood or $30 a tub from us. Private coastal bush land. Our toilet is a portaloo! LOL Again, this is CAMPING not a hotel ;)

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

A private and homely guest suite attached to main house in quiet street, 4 doors from north facing beach and 2 min drive to Cowes central. Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

#Parkerfarmstay is a 11 acre hobby farm. We have 2 units on the farm PF1 sleeps 5 and PF2 sleeps 7. This one is cosy next to chickens/ducks, the other is larger + laundry next to the playground.
