Greet the day with breakfast before marvelous mountains and countryside views from the sunny balcony. From its vaulted, wood-beam ceilings and country-chic decoration, to its brick-fronted fireplace, this placid hideaway glows with idyllic charm. Set on 2 hectares of beautiful gardens, with fruit trees, vineyards & surrounded by mountains. Sip a glass of chilled wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large balcony with one of the best views! Cool off in the dipping pool and relax in the tree shaded pool area or on those wet winter days curl up next to the indoor fireplace. Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). There is also a tuk tuk taxi available, please view enclosed information for contact. Please note there is a friendly young rescue dog that roams freely on the property. Olive and Vine Farm Cottage, 10min walk from town!

The Olive and Vine Farm Cottage, is situated between vineyards and olive trees, with amazing views of the Franschhoek mountains. The cottage is within walking distance (10min) of the world class restaurants on offer in the Franschhoek village plus the Wine Tram that will take you to all the well known wine farms that surround Franschhoek. Here you will have the benefit of enjoying the peace and tranquility which is part of farm life, but you are close enough to also enjoy what the town offers.

La Bagatelle

La Bagatelle is a magnificent 5 bedroom house with breathtaking views over private vineyards across the Franschhoek Valley. This home is elegantly decorated in a Cape Country style, stylish soft furnishings and has a home from home feeling. It also features a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/family room with full patio doors opens onto a large covered verandah and a large family sized pool. We have an inverter for lights and wifi. La Bagatelle can sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children

Blueberry Hill Cottages - Lavender - Franschhoek

Lavender Cottage is a modern three bedroom self catering cottage with three bedrooms, main ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the large rim flow pool. The pool is situated on it's own large terrace and is shared with Olive cottage. We are ideal for guests who enjoy wine tours, the outdoors, hiking and biking plus horse riding.

Garden Suite, Sandstone House, Franschhoek

Lovely garden suite set in peaceful garden, is elegantly decorated with a bath, en-suite bathroom and shower. The room is fully equipped with a Generator, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea & Nespresso coffee facilities, air-conditioning, heating, hairdryer, etc. The room leads onto its own private garden, where you enjoy the magnificent view of the Franschhoek mountains. Enjoy a swim in the swimming pool or a game of tennis or walks in the vineyards and rose garden.

Lakeside tranquility with wood fired hot tub

Avocado cottage is one of three cabins on the edge of a lake in the heart of the picturesque Banhoek conservancy. It is a light, modern cabin with a private, wood fired hot tub, access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the Western Cape. Although it is styled as a two person cabin, there is an open queen sized pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest for an extra fee. The deck of this cottage reaches out over the lake.

La Chataigne Wine Farm - Marron Cottage

A 2 bedroom self-catering cottage nestled along the river on La Chataigne Wine Farm, just 7km's outside of Franschhoek Town. The cottage has an open plan living area with a cosy lounge, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a front and back patio with a braai/bbq overlooking the river. The Orchard Pool and Boules Court is for all cottage guests to enjoy. Free Wifi. BOTH BEDROOMS CAN EITHER BE SETUP AS 2 SINGLE BEDS OR 1 KING BED.

Woodend and its sister Orchard Cottage are situated on Le Vallon, a farm within easy walking distance of the quaint village of Franschhoek, the food and wine capital of South Africa. Each cottage is fully self-contained and perfect for families of all ages. They both have private pools in their good sized private cottage gardens. From the farm it is an easy stroll down into the village main street, but just far enough away to give you the peace and quiet of a rural setting.
